Aegis Law Office, CPI Property Group and Alpiq are co-organising a Christmas Charity Fair with a wishing tree.
On Wednesday, 22.11.2023, we cordially invite you to the Christmas market, organized by CPI Property Group together with Aegis Law and Alpiq. Come and enjoy the Christmas atmosphere, buy handmade products and jewellery from various charities to make your loved ones happy and support a good cause. A Christmas tree of fulfilled wishes will be set up at the fair, where gifts for children from orphanages will be collected in cooperation with Životem dětem and Klokanek.
"The Christmas fair is a continuation of our pre-Christmas charity bazaar from last year. This year we decided to go one step further and join forces with CPI Property Group and Alpiq to expand the circle of those we help," says Jan Krampera, partner at Aegis Law.
Everyone who wants to support a good cause is welcome. Visitors can look forward not only to various interesting and original products of non-profit organizations and Christmas refreshments, but above all to a pleasant pre-Christmas atmosphere. "Alpiq is excited to join forces again with Aegis Law and CPI Property Group, co-tenants (neighbours) in the same building. Through this collaboration, we are able to expand the reach of the charity fair and bring much more joy to those for whom the proceeds are intended. We started this tradition in 2017 when we invited several non-profit organizations to offer their products to Alpiq employees. We see the new format with an expanded reach as a meaningful step and believe that it will expand the circle of those who will be helped," said Hana Dohnalová, who represents communications and marketing at Alpiq.
The charity fair will include a Christmas tree of fulfilled wishes. People can leave pre-purchased Christmas gifts for children from orphanages aged 1-15 years at the tree. There is no limit on the value or type of gifts.
The gifts collected at the Christmas tree of fulfilled wishes will be distributed to children in cooperation with Život dětem and Klokanek. Proceeds from the sale of products and refreshments at the charity fair will go directly to the participating non-profit organizations that will sell them at the fair.
"Every child, regardless of age, deserves to experience a real Christmas. It's not all about the presents, but let's face it, who among us didn't look forward to it as a child (and often as an adult). I believe that for many children who are not lucky enough to spend Christmas in a family circle, such a gift will put a sincere smile on their face and bring the Christmas atmosphere closer to the way every child should perceive it in an ideal world," adds Hana Treutlerová, lawyer at Aegis Law and co-organiser of the event.
The charity fair will take place on Wednesday 22 November 2023 in the myhive building at Jungmannova 26/15, 110 00 Prague 1.
