Aegis Law succeeds in another arbitration!
We represented a major construction company in a dispute arising out of a work contract relating to the construction of a residential project. The value of the dispute exceeded CZK 45 million.
The case was handled and the client was represented by partner Jan Krampera in cooperation with attorney František Sedláček.
The dispute was conducted in an expedited procedure before the Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce and Agrarian Affairs of the Czech Republic and the final decision in favour of our client was issued in just 2 months after the filing of the lawsuit.
