Vojtěch is focusing especially on mergers & acquisitions, litigation, administrative law and competition law. Vojtěch is recommended dispute management expert in the prestigious European Legal 500 ratings. Besides that, he is listed as an arbitrator by the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic and as an arbitrator by the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).

Vojtěch has extensive experience representing clients in legally and technically complex cases which involve foreign elements and jurisdictions including cases at Czech Supreme Court, Constitutional Court, but also cases at Court of Justice of the European Union.

Vojtěch graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno and he also studied at Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius. Since 2013 he regularly participates as an arbitrator at international competition Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Apart from Czech, he is fluent in English.
