Vojtěch Faltus is a partner and associate at Aegis Law. As head of the regulatory team, he provides comprehensive services to clients operating in regulated industries.

As an attorney, he has been involved in transactions and disputes worth billions of crowns. He has successfully advised clients in the areas of construction law, environment, energy, capital markets, payment services, gambling and food. Vojtěch advises both on setting up relevant processes and compliance, as well as in proceedings before administrative authorities, where he has represented clients before virtually all domestic institutions such as the Czech National Bank, the Office for the Protection of Competition, the State Agricultural and Food Inspectorate, the Czech Environmental Inspectorate, the General Directorate of Customs, the Financial Arbitrator and others. He has successfully represented clients before domestic courts, including the Supreme Administrative Court, as well as before the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Vojtěch is a recommended dispute resolution expert in the prestigious Legal 500. He is also registered as an arbitrator with the Arbitration Court of the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic and as an arbitrator with the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).

Vojtěch graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno and also studied at Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius. Since 2013, he has been regularly participating as an arbitrator in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.

Apart from Czech, Vojtěch is fluent in English.
