Tereza Dosedělová

Tereza is focusing especially on litigations and insolvency law. As a legal counsel and attorney-at-law she has participated in the resolution of disputes worth in total of hundreds of millions of Czech crowns. Tereza has advised a number of leading Czech and multinational companies and entrepreneurs carrying out business in the field of energy, construction, banking, transport etc.
Shas extensive experience representing clients in legally and technically complex cases which involve foreign elements and jurisdictions including cases at Czech Supreme Court.
Tereza graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and she also studied at Humboldt University in Berlin.
Apart from Czech, Tereza is fluent in English and German.
