The members of our litigation team are repeatedly recommended by the rating agency of Legal 500 and have extensive experience with representing clients in both legally and technically complicated disputes, the value of which exceeding billions of Czech crowns. In both court and arbitrary proceedings, we represented several leading Czech and international companies conducting business activities in the fields of mechanical engineering, energetics, food industry, sale and construction of development projects, transportation and several other fields.

We have represented our clients successfully both in front of Czech courts (including the Supreme Court, the Supreme Administrative Court and the Constitutional Court) and while resolving international arbitrations in front of ICC and LCIA as well as in front of the Court of Justice of the European Union. The members of our team also act as the arbitrators with the Arbitrary Court at the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic, and they are further also included on the list of the VIAC experts.
