Paulina focuses mainly on mergers and acquisitions, real estate law and litigation. As an attorney, she has been involved in transactions and disputes worth hundreds of millions of crowns. Paulína has advised a number of leading Czech and multinational companies operating in the energy, construction, banking, transport and other sectors.
She has extensive experience in representing clients in legally and technically complex cases, including those involving foreign elements and jurisdictions. She has successfully represented clients in numerous proceedings before domestic courts as well as in international arbitrations under the ICC.
Paulina graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague and also studied at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark.
In addition to Czech, she speaks Slovak, English and German.
