Honza is an associate and his practice focuses on sports law, corporate law and M&A.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno, where he defended his rigorous thesis (JUDr.), focused on topics in the field of sports, especially in connection with international and domestic arbitration. He continues to develop his knowledge in this area both professionally and personally.
He has extensive experience in the preparation of contracts, actions and decisions in the field of sport, especially in the football sphere and in the field of anti-doping, both with domestic arbitration bodies and in proceedings before the International Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
In addition to Czech, he is fluent in English.
