The amendment to the Labour Code came into force today

Kateřina Demová and Valerie Cermanová have prepared a summary of the most important changes brought about by the amendment to the Labour Code, in particular concerning collective bargaining, valorisation of the minimum wage, abolition of the guaranteed wage, allowing self-design of working hours and the inclusion of bonuses in the remuneration of contract workers.
