Conseq Real Estate is a real estate fund whose main focus is investing in proven, quality properties in attractive and well-rented locations in the Czech Republic. These investments are made directly or through shares in real estate companies. The fund's investments are spread evenly across three pillars - retail properties, office buildings and manufacturing and warehouse space. The Fund's real estate portfolio is diversified among the various sectors to minimize the risk in the event of the failure of any one of them. The real estate fund benefits mainly from rental income from real estate and also from changes in the market value of real estate.
