Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
In the event of a consumer dispute relating to the provision of services by a lawyer to a consumer client that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the client may submit a proposal for out-of-court resolution of such dispute to the designated entity for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, which is the Czech Bar Association, with its registered office at Národní tř. 16, 110 00 Prague 1. Further information on out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is provided by the Consumer Protection Act and can also be found on the website of the Czech Bar Association - www.cak.cz.
